Our bright new building, featuring a modern community facility on the ground floor, will complement Wandsworth Council’s ambitious plans to regenerate Randall Close. Bathed in natural light from its high glass windows, it will replace the outdated London City Mission hall. The new facility will total 3750 ft2, which is 50% larger than the hall it will replace.
Its stylish design will include 1,200 ft² of affordable workspace. This flexible space will be offered at a discounted rent in order to attract small, local businesses and start-ups. There will also be 24 new homes ranging from studios up to 3 bedroom apartments. A generous proportion of the new homes will be affordable. The new project will upgrade the current Battersea Bridge Road and Hyde Lane junction.
