Welcome to our website which explains our attractive plans in partnership with the London City Mission to develop the site at 120 Battersea Bridge Road. Our proposals include a new community centre with modern amenities and affordable workspace, which will continue to be used by The Bridge Church, along with 24 high-quality new homes. The scheme will enhance the Council’s ambitious project to regenerate Randall Close.​

Based in Battersea for 30 years, The Cherwell Group is passionate about delivering homes that meet local requirements. Our Managing Director lives locally and he prides himself on being approachable and listening to the opinion of the community during the planning process.
