A new 3,750 ft²  state-of-the-art multi-purpose space will provide a much-needed upgrade for local community groups to enjoy. The Bridge Church will continue to hold its services and meetings at the hall. It will be half as big again as the present hall. It will have its own spacious entrance and lobby and will benefit from modern facilities including a kitchen and toilets.

It will be accessible for everyone including wheelchair users. On the level above, there will be a 1,200 ft² affordable workspace, meeting rooms and classrooms, which will be available for use by local people. London City Mission Church will continue to provide Sunday Services and administer the new community facilities.​
